**INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA**

This information notice has been prepared by Taran Sayaç Elektronik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Company”) acting as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) in order to fulfill the obligation of informing about the processing of your personal data.

**Methods of Obtaining Personal Data and Legal Reasons:**
Your personal data, which may be subject to processing, includes your identity information, telephone number, email address, and your signature sample in the signature circular.

Your personal data is obtained by using non-automatic methods, as part of the data recording system, by requesting directly from you or from the company you work for, within the framework of the contractual relationship between the company you work for and the Company, which is established or will be established, based on the legal reason that “it is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”

**Purposes of Processing Personal Data:**
Your collected personal data will be processed for the purposes of carrying out contract processes and communication activities within the framework of the contractual relationship established or to be established between the customer company in which you are an employee and the Company.

**Transfer of Personal Data:**
Your personal data may be shared with Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations or with the competent authorities, within the scope of the obligations of our Company before the law or as a result of the services provided to our Company in terms of accounting, finance, or legal matters.

**Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of the Law:**
You can submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the Law, titled “Rights of the Data Subject,” to the Company’s address Çubuklu Mah. Abdal Çık. No:3 D:2 Beykoz/İstanbul or to the email address info@taranelektronik.com in writing in accordance with the provisions of the “Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller”. Your requests will be concluded as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days at the latest in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law.
